Doug Wilkins, CPA
Doug Wilkins is a seasoned Certified Public Accountant and the founder of Wilkins CPAs, a practice he has operated as a sole proprietor for more than 40 years. He has held his CPA license for 38 years and continues to serve clients with the same dedication and integrity that have defined his career. Doug built the firm from the ground up, and today he is proud to be growing it alongside his son, Ryan Wilkins.
A 1978 graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, Doug earned his degree in accounting and has since dedicated his career to helping individuals and businesses navigate complex financial matters. His specialties include tax compliance, tax planning, and financial advisory services. He works closely with high-net-worth individuals, commercial and residential real estate investors, and small businesses.
Known for his practical approach and deep technical expertise, Doug has developed long-standing client relationships founded on trust.
Outside of work, Doug enjoys golfing, trying new foods, and watching just about any sport on TV.
Ryan Wilkins, CPA
Ryan Wilkins is a third-generation CPA specializing in accounting services, including tax compliance, tax planning, and tax consulting for individuals and small businesses throughout Austin and the Texas Hill Country. He earned his Master of Accountancy from Texas State University, where he completed advanced coursework in tax research and strategy.
Ryan provides clear, practical financial guidance to help clients reduce their tax burdens, navigate complex tax filings, and make confident financial decisions. An Austin native now residing in Dripping Springs with his fiancée, Avery, he is dedicated to being a trusted resource for families, entrepreneurs, and local business owners seeking expert CPA services.
In his free time, Ryan enjoys fishing, golfing, and exploring the beautiful Texas Hill Country.
